The Server Police is a new division within our clan. Certain chosen members will be assigned to police the servers as needed to assist the Senior Admins. Policing consists of kicking, banning, warning and overseeing the overall health and well being of our servers. Keep in mind that these admins only protect our servers and are just trying to keep the peace, so be respectful. This division will kick for profanity, spamming too many messages, fighting with other members, bad game names, disrespecting admins and/or other players. They may boot you for a certain amount of time, or just ban based on your behaviour.
If you see one of our {SNA}[SP] server police, please respect them as they have the right to refuse gameplay to anyone! You will only be kicked for a valid reason. If you were kicked or banned and you feel that you need to discuss your case, please go to our forums or contact us via email at shocknaweclan@msn.com. We need your game name, detailed description as to why you should not have been kicked or banned and we will research and get back to you. Keep in mind that we have all of the logs and can see exactly what you typed, so be honest.
Some of the Server Police, if they so choose, will have the "SP" after their tag such as {SNA}[SP]TheGeneral

Rules and Guidelines
If you are chosen as a {Shock’N’Awe}{SNA}[SP] Server Police Officer, it is because of your long time commitment to our community and your frequency in our servers. Server Police are only chosen randomly by our Senior Admininstrators; please do not ask to join. You are requried to be a clan member to take the roll of Server Police.
As a Server Officer, you will be responsible for:
1. Helping to resolve issues with in game players, as needed, to help
keep the peace.
2. When someone comes in with bad names or swearing, asking them to
please change their name or please not to swear in our servers. Kicking them if they ignore or refuse to comply. Kicking minutes may vary, depending on attitude. “0” minute kick to get their attention, to show you are serious. “2” minute kick for mild attitude.
“30+” minutes for major attitude.
There is no kicking because someone is killing you.
If you suspect a cheater, spectate them to assess their playing mannerism. If you see an obvious wall hacker or aimbotter, then kick them for 60 minutes. This may detour them from coming back in. Make note of who they are and let either TheGeneral aka RECRUITER or PsychoB know so they can research to get their guid numbers and ban them.
As a Shock’N’Awe Officer, you are expected to behave in a manner that represents all of {Shock’N’Awe}{SNA}, and what we stand for…No cheating…No swearing…No racial comments…Showing good sportsmanship.
Please, be sure that you deal with problems accordingly. Being a Server Police Officer doesn't entitle you to be a "jerk" or a "power tripper". Just deal with things straight to the point. Try not to argue, just state your point, if your demands are not met, take appropriate action as needed.
Any server officer that loses his or her temper and uses profanity or any other adverse reaction will be removed from our officer rank and dealt with accordingly.
