Subject: Cheating in our Servers and our Punksbusted streaming module cheating policy..
Shock N Awe is now Streaming with Punksbusted, where random screenshots are and can be taken of any player. This enables us to institute real time cheat detection in our servers to combat any cheats, new or old. This software will catch cheats such as wallhacks, file differences, changes to texture settings, etc. If you are caught, a message will be sent to our main server and Punksbusted main database which in turn could ban you globally from any streaming servers, which keep in mind are added by the minute. We also heavily pursue hackers and may file criminal lawsuits and/or complaints to your service provider via your IP(internet protocol). We will use screenshots, logs and any information to pursue our case. If you are caught hacking, harassing in any of our servers, webpage, etc, we will prosecute to the full extent of the law and if the complaints are accepted your internet service could be interrupted or even face possible Federal charges based on the severity of the action. We have before and we will again.
Our anti-cheat software has now caught multiple offenders in which to this day have been banned from our servers.
Any cheat violations are not tolerated by Shock N Awe or any of it's administrators and will be dealt with accordingly. If you are caught, Shock N Awe will notify the offending individual, either it a clan member or a guest in our server. If you are a clan member and you are caught Shock N Awe will notifiy the offending individual and suspend your membership. The only way to be accepted back in our clan is if you are cleared from http://www.punksbusted.com. You will need to submit an appeal form to them. If your appeal has been approved, and found not to be cheating, your clan member status will be reinstated. If you choose not to appeal, then you will be automatically terminated as a clan member. If you are NOT a clan member but are registered on our website, your profile on the website will be deactivated and you will not be able to play on any of our servers, as they are streaming with Punksbusted. If you choose to file an appeal with Punksbusted, then you need to notify us immediately and we will await their decision of the appeal. If you are found not guilty of cheating, by Punksbusted, your website membership will remain active and you are welcome to play in our servers.
Please remember our Clan/Community is dedicated to a NON-Cheat atmosphere and even if you try a cheat, it could mean permanent ban on our servers or any PunksBusted Streaming Server. See the Punksbusted.com webpage to get more information on streaming.
